KBM Management is pleased to announce the hire of AnneMarie Latocha as an Account Manager for Workers' Compensation Trusts.  Ms. Latocha will utilize her extensive Workers' Compensation underwriting experience to enhance the services KBM provides it self-insured client base.  She will also provide support to our Account Executives in the management of self-insured Health Insurance plans throughout New York State.

KBM Management continues to provide the claim audit component of a NYS Workers' Compensation Board review of nine (9) failed Workers' Compensation Self-Insured Trusts across the state.  KBM's Audit Department has been reviewing a statistically valid sample of open and closed claims to determine if the proper processes were followed in paying claims and if the appropriate controls were in place to insure compliance.  This is expected to be a multi-year engagement resulting in the development of a more stable self-insured trust environment across New York State.
